Only run a handful of times this winter but have now set a goal to do 35h in 10 weeks and that doesn't include any oing. Found some time to do some intervals at the track at work after a good warm up. 800/400/200 and then back up to 800. Not fast on the 200m, no stamina for the 800m but the 400m went ok. I'll try do this again in a month and I expect times will be a lot faster.
