A bit more energetic today so did some intervals, starting from scenic dr/rail trail and then to hwy and back and along scenic dr to top of chedoke 3/2/3/2/3/2/3 with 1 min rest. Finished of with a tempo back to Rez stairs, 4:52

BT and golf course as usual with Adria and then up to hwy and back. Feeling pretty tired in general.

Last ski for the winter. Fast conditions and the 4k loop starting from Larry's was really good. I had hope for a 50k but didn't get to Highlandas early enough so was 'forced' to stop at 40k.

Ran alongside Lia while she was roller skiing on the lower rail trail. Parked and started by Beddoe townhouses. Skied/ran to Fortinos and back and then home. Lia stopped there and I sprinted back to the car.
