Orienteering 2:29:00 [3]

Half Raid with Isak, or more like 3/4 of raid since we logged 19K to clear the course. Everything went well and we kept a steady pace from the start guessing this would be a >2h adventure. We didn't do any mistakes really except perhaps some hesitation on a) and b) in the first triple. Always amazed how the raid course setters manage to put together a course in areas that are mostly urban or farmland.

Rail trail run with Adria to look out before heading home and spinning and 10mila watching. Looked sweet and challenging.

Princess Point loops again. 5 of them and all around 3:50 which is pretty much is 3:50 min/km. Legs very sore afterwards.
