Two sessions today! First one was a good run with Adria who was roller skiing, forcing me to run harder than I wanted but probably should be doing. We went halfway between Sjölunden and Sandvik and then turned around. Second was circuit training in the back yard. Tabata style with 45s/15s. Need more of this!

Orienteering 45:00 [3]

Low key "race" at Rälla. Open woods and relatively easy O but jet lag or something hit me because legs and brain was simply not there. Still fun though and a good way to shake of the jet lag! Uber hot. Who could have thought?

Course of the week with Isak by Östanå. Sweet woods for most of the time. Orienteering not to challenging but a good re-introduction for Isak who has not done much O lately.

Road Bike 1:26:00 [3]

Three climb ride - Sydenham, Crooks and Weirs (via Inksetter and Gov). Best ride so far. Climbing legs are coming back. Tired after though.

Running 42:00 intensity: (30:00 @1) + (12:00 @4)

Test run 3K. Started corner Beddoe/Studholme and then rail trail to Bowman St, turned around and ran back finishing perhaps 50m from Aberdeen. It was very hot so it was definitely a suffer fest. First and last kilometer went ok but struggled on the middle one. Time was 12:10.
