Snake to Waterdown and then back and forth on a couple of concessions before heading back home.

Running 42:00 intensity: (26:00 @1) + (16:00 @4)

Did this run for the team. Knee still an issue but joined Isak for a few intervals at the rez so he could get a speed workout and test his spikes.

From Cootes Paradise Elementary to Waterfront and Haida. Nice actually to roll around. Got a bit stuck a few minutes due to a charity run but that's all good. Great to see people out.

Note

No Boston. You had to beat your qualifying time by 4:52 and I was 29s short. Not a big deal; I didn't really have Boston in my mind until I got the email about registration coming up the week before deadline. There will be new qualifying times for the 2020 marathon. My understanding is that all times will drop 5 minutes.
