Finally some sunshine. MTB with Adria in to Ancaster and then Wilson home. Knees a bit sore from yesterday's running but they have been worse so I take that as a sign of progress.

I know I shouldn't run or at least not for very long but hard to resist so I joined Isak and we shortly teamed up with Brian S. for a nice run on the BT, golf course and Iroqouia.

Asked the physio yesterday what I can do and he said probably biking and since biking is in the 'probably' category I didn't even ask about running not to mention floorball but I need to (well...) get HR going a bit at least once a week so this is it.
