Note
(sick)

I may escape this cold. I feel okay today, a bit tired perhaps but not worse than yesterday. Took the day off though to get some extra rest. Watched a lot of sports on TV instead.

Skiing (skating) 1:20:00 [3] 18.5 km (4:19 / km)
(sick)

Borderline case if physical activity is a good idea and just the fact it is borderline makes it not a good idea but Lia had a ski race at Highlands so we headed up. I did some skiing during her warm up and cool down on my own at the top. Conditions were fast and even icy in a few spots.

Running 20:00 [3]
(sick)

Throat soreness is almost gone and no fever and no signs yet of any congestion but fear that this will be a typical low-intensity cold I usually get that lasts for 10 days. Still did my exercises.

Running 25:00 [1]
(sick)

Ham Loppet at Pleasant Valley. 2nd consecutive win but this time we were not as close but 18s was enough although if Lia and I had taken the penalty we would have been 2s away. Throat is getting soar and this is exactly the same time I got a cold last year.
Last year I was sick in May and one week in December and it seems to be something similar this year.

Running 57:00 intensity: (33:00 @2) + (24:00 @5)

Strength 20:00 [3]

No Floorball tonight so joined Turbo, Dang, Luca and DD for some intervals. My paid physio said yesterday that I could start running once or twice per week up to 20 min...I have run a little bit every week not to mention the great knee workout Floorball but it was good to heat that he could notice progress as well. Anyway, Donatos was on the schedule, 45x15 around Churchill. 3 x 10 with 2 min rest between each set. I did two sets and that was enough. Great to be out with this guys again.
