Early ski with Adria to break some trails in the rail trail. More back country than anything else. Went to lookout and back.

Skiing (classic) 1:35:00 [2] 15.0 km (6:20 / km)

Out again with Adria to test our trails. Decent skiing to lookout but then more back country style to the highway. Skied up and down the rail trail between wood bridge and lookout a few times. Started to set a track at lower Rez.

Similar as last week. Churchill and then a tempo on Waterfront and towards Vanier. I thought I ran well enough last week to promote myself to 4k. I will not run 5k next week. Most importantly, knees are holding up well.

At Hardwood with school. Had a pretty big group with very different skill levels. Conditions were similar as GNs over the weekend, base is hard packed with some icy patches.

After lunch skate. Glide was horrible and I was starting to get tired but skiing as work is a privilege.
