Back at Highlands again. Three red laps. Skis were a bit slow first due to some fresh snow and and cold temps. Conditions gradually became faster and I saw people out there who couldn't really handle the corners.

Knees are sore today. A bit discouraging since the trend has been so positive. Today feels like it did back in the fall.

Running 45:00 intensity: (33:00 @1) + (12:00 @5)

Same as Saturday but we added 2 intervals. Knees didn't like this one at all; a totally different feeling from Saturday.
