I felt better than expected yesterday but it was perhaps a bit too much. Very tired day just going gently on some home made trails on golf course not to mention climbing cardiac hill.

Orienteering 1:32:00 [2]

Picking up flags/units at Rocky Ridge with Isak. Perfect winter running conditions; the ice and snow had filled in all gaps between rocks and not deep enough to call it 'snöpulsning'. Woods were open as well. Really enjoyed it and should do more of this orienteering stuff I think...Last 30min was perhaps not as fun since the number of units/flags made the running pretty challenging in places.

Super sore throat so here is the cold coming I have been avoiding for a pretty long time. Never fun to be sick but this week is busy work wise so I wouldn't have time for much training anyway.
