Running 35:00 intensity: (25:00 @2) + (10:00 @5)

Helping out with the HS track team this spring. Ran 5-6k on the waterfront trail followed by 1 x 400, 300, 200, 100. Knee a bit sore in the beginning but kind of disappeared. Surprised myself by feeling pretty fast on the intervals.

Snake Rd, Waterdown Rd, N Service, King Rd and N Shore with Dave. Nice ride although legs tired early on for some reason. Pushed hard on Plains/York on the way home.

Rail trail to Scenic. 4 x 400 (Scenic to Chedoke stairs) and 1 x 800 (Chedoke to Dundurn). I am fast not.
