Putting out ribbons in DeeVee with Emma. Hammer and Isak ran the other direction so we also got some controls with ribbons already hung. Snowy and slippery. Felt super sluggish.

Helping out with the HS track team this spring. Ran 5-6k on the waterfront trail followed by 1 x 400, 300, 200, 100. Knee a bit sore in the beginning but kind of disappeared. Surprised myself by feeling pretty fast on the intervals.
