With Adria on the rail trail. I am hoping to do more roller skiing this year but I know I have said that every year.

Biked over to Mac and one man relay. Meghan had added some extra challenges by making all yellow out of bounds. No mistakes although I took some unorthodox route choices a couple of times trying to run on 'new' paths.

Middle distance training at Hilton Falls. A technical course set by Meghan. I had a good race but in many ways thanks to some younger people who were in front me and lead the way. I had caught them so I did some work but they didn't allow me pass them. I was impressed by their nav. One single minute mistake one one control a few controls from the end was all. A lot of fun.

Sprint training at Mohawk. Despite running up to start, I couldn't get my legs going until having crossed Fennell. This was not a good race - white area confused me and then I learned the value (eventually I did or I need to learn) of reading the description. Still fun though.

Knees sore today but I have to show. The group was luckily small and slow today.

Running 55:00 intensity: (35:00 @1) + (20:00 @5)

Princess Point and a few intervals around the actual point plus a few hill sprints. Not as slow as Sunday but not a great feeling for sure.
