No rest for the wicked. Got home late last night, full day of school-O and then coaching HS track. We ran over to the library and did 10 hill sprints. Each sprint took 26-28s.
Long distance. Super heavy legs today so it was a struggle from the beginning. Managed to make a big error on the first control. You had to turn 120 degrees from start point and it took me some time to realize that. Lost maybe 1.5 min. Dropped another 2 min on one control but the rest was good.
