Victorialoppet 9k road arce2. Obviously a stupid thing do after three days of racing and a sore body but kids were in to it so I joined them. Legs were heavy but I tried for 4 min/km but that didn't last very long, like 3k if even that. Settled for a "comfortable" pace after that. Ended up with 37:55...3 min slower than last time I ran four years ago, 4 min slower than Isak and 2 min slower than what I had hoped...
