Failed so set the alarm for bike ride so did the hill loop instead with Isak, or parts of it with him. For the first time in a very long time, it felt like I had a little bit of drive in my legs. I was able to recover at least a little bit after each climb. For the most time when I have been running, and biking, lately I have been tired from start to finish and it has just been a matter of holding out as long as possible.
