Road Bike 1:10:00 [3]

Thursday classic. Trend from yesterday continues. Good pace going up Wilson but I didn't have to go down to the basement and we were a big group 10-12 which made it easy(-ish) to just tuck in behind and draft.

Failed so set the alarm for bike ride so did the hill loop instead with Isak, or parts of it with him. For the first time in a very long time, it felt like I had a little bit of drive in my legs. I was able to recover at least a little bit after each climb. For the most time when I have been running, and biking, lately I have been tired from start to finish and it has just been a matter of holding out as long as possible.

Road Bike 1:27:00 [3]

Jerseyville/Alberton/Book/Shaver loop. Small group and Wilson was tough. I was the first one to drop but eventually we were a group of five that joined forces and good ride from then on.

Running 50:00 intensity: (40:00 @2) + (10:00 @4)

Thought I would do some intervals but Garmin never got started so did 1 x Lowry, 1 x Chedoke and then tempo from parking lot to Rez stairs.
