Haven't been to Lake Ontario waterfront for many, many years so Adria headed over for some roller skiing. Wide and no debris. Great for RS.

Jerseyville-Lynden loop on a very hot, for being September, day. Probably even got a bit dehydrated. Nice ride but a couple of concessions have tar/gravel surface. Hopefully will they put on some nice blacktop.

I was in the Mohawk area and thought I would do some intervals on the track but it was closed (at 6PM?). A fellow runner told me they close it early due to vandalism..;-(
That didn't stop me so did 4x1000 and 2x500 on mostly gravel, some grass and some asphalt.
