Isak wanted to go for a run so I joined him. We decided to do the tough (my words) hill run and I got nicely tired. Good news were that knee felt pretty good throughout so I seem, knock x 2, to finally have found the right exercises to do. Hammies got tight at the end so still need to work on those. Plan is to lay low with running in general for the next few months but once in while toss in a tough run just to get tired and test the ol' legs.
