Not enough snow to make it worthwhile going to Highlands. Spinning at Crunch is always a good back up.

Another tough run up and down escarpment with Isak although he was not as polite as in the past and took off earlier than usual. Legs not as tired as expected from spinning but stairs still kill me. Good effort though. Less muddy than last week.
