First time at Sawmill Nordic Centre. Love to ski somewhere new. Neat area, similar to Mono, lots of twists and turns. Snow was great.

Back for another intense 10K skate. Found a much better rhythm compared with last time and it felt pretty good throughout. Kind of thought when I finished that I had some left in me but that was probably just an illusion. Skis not as good as last weekend relatively, but still ok. Same guy won but cut the time behind in half.

Nice skate session with Adria on the golf course. Questionable coverage in a few spots but overall pretty good skate conditions. If it can stay like this, I'm happy.

Moonlight ski with Lia at Highlands. Huge moon so no light needed and the green trail was lit as well. Cold though, -16C.

X-league in Ancaster and session three for the day but Lia wanted to go and I would never say no do some orienteering. Slippery roads and sidewalks made running hard; we were not as close to clearing course as last week but we did well.
