Gun club run with Isak. Nice day and good to see a fair bit of people out on the trails. Forest around the gun club a lot more thorny than what I recall it to be but some pretty sweet areas as well. Longest run since I don't know when and legs were suffering from the highway and home.

Trip to Barbados cancelled but skiing at Highalnds was an excellent plan B. Fast conditions although it got a bit sugary in the uphills and corners pretty quickly. Skied with Stew except last half hour.

Really mild evening so this was a good time to get the running shoes on again. It has been a while. Isak joined me. Rail trail got more and more icey the further we ran (to metal bridge and back).
