AR365 at Rockliffe with Isak + some extra BT running. Nice day. Saw a few other people with a map in their hands.

First half on lower rail trail with Adria and Lia and then a few k's on my own in the Ainslie neighbourhood.

Back at the Mac track but only spectating this time. Knee too sore so jogged/limped around the track and surroundings while Isak was doing his interval workout.

Ski season stopped 6km too soon but happy with the amount of skiing. Focus on biking from now on. Got myself some warm bike covers so I don't have to wait for warmer temps. Rode the Thursday classic loop - Wilson and Book. Windy but not too cold.

Another first for a very long time, intervals. At the Mac track with Isak and did half of his prescribed HOC workout. 1 x 800 and 3 x 400. Planned to do 800m but running stamina just not there so 400m it was. Knee sore.
