Ski season stopped 6km too soon but happy with the amount of skiing. Focus on biking from now on. Got myself some warm bike covers so I don't have to wait for warmer temps. Rode the Thursday classic loop - Wilson and Book. Windy but not too cold.

Another first for a very long time, intervals. At the Mac track with Isak and did half of his prescribed HOC workout. 1 x 800 and 3 x 400. Planned to do 800m but running stamina just not there so 400m it was. Knee sore.
