Isak and I ran the AR365 course at Puslinch plus a half a dozen extra controls. Not a stellar performance. Map pretty rough but that excuse doesn't cover all errors. Beautiful day though and nice to be somewhere, almost, new.

Mac track again. Did half of Isak's workout 1 x (800m, 600m, 400m, 200m) and kept to the prescribed rest, 2 min. Legs tired so couldn't really fight the headwind. Nice temps though.

Mac track with Isak. Knee felt ok so decided to give it another go. 5 x 400m with generous, and needed, rest in between.
