X league from the Rez. Legs tired from past two days but did what I could. I started my wach 50-100 after the MapRun app started but the difference in distance was over 400m, which is almost 5%. Watch didn't get the climb up at all and actually took a shortcut but still had longer distance. I know I didn't do sub 5 climbing from Hillcrest up to West 5th...

To Beamsville and back with Dave. South of Main to Stoney Creek and up New Mountain Rd - a tough climb, to Ridge Rd, which was very nice. Climbing Quarry Rd back up after coffee break in B-ville was much more gentle. We took Yonge and Highlands back, not the greatest. Strong southern crosswind.

Lia's soccer is near Mohawk and I had hoped today that I could get on the track and do some speed work but it was closed. Decided to do some intervals anyways around the park. 3x1000m and 5x400m.
