X league around Lions Pool and Lovers Lane. Felt the most relaxed running for a long time so decided to run home as well. Longest run both time wise and distance wise this year.

Wilson/Sydenham with Dave. Cold but I was overdressed. Very tired today and Sydenham went on forever.

Nice hike with beautiful fall colours at Nottawasaga Bluffs in the afternoon.

Along the waterfront. Sluggish initially but felt better towards the end. Crossed path with Reid's running group a few times.
