X league at Tyandaga. Slippery conditions with the few cm of snow that had fallen. Phone acting up as well so spent some time trying to get signal back without any success.

Rail trail intervals (2-1-2-1-2 up and 1-2-1-2 down - 45s recovery) and then 5 Cardiac. All this with Super and Isak. Felt pretty good on the intervals but the hills were tough.
