Got the 2-3 cm of snow we needed to get the full 500m.

Rez loops with Lia on the half-new track. It will hold, most is in complete shade for most of the day. Lower rez is almost grass only. Funny the difference.

Joined Isak for another somewhat painful interval session. Ran on the golf course, NW corner. 12 x 45/45 so pretty intense. Felt pretty good again although pace a few seconds compared to last weekends 60/60 but I think the running on grass is the difference maker.
