Peak 2 Peak. Always a treat to run in the valley in the fall. Lots of ups and down as expected and my route could probably have had one less big climb. One mistake in Thornville (east of Orchard) when I couldn't really see the flag. Didn't feel (nor was I) very fast but happy that I can run 2h in hilly terrain the day after a long bike ride so overall fitness is good.

Sunny but wind-gusting ride with Aaron, Yuval and Thomas to Grimsby. Up Jolly and eventually to Ridge before heading down escarpment. Coffee at Station 1 and then north of QEW home, which was nicer than expected.

Put out a few flags around Sanctuary with Adria.
