At Dagmar spectating OFSAA. Isak and I went for a run before Lia's start. Nice woods in many places. Too bad O is not allowed. Knees not happy at all today.

Stage 1 of Tour de Makuri Islands. Don't know much about this tour but tours usually attract riders so joined 165 others. All went well initially but the Temple KOM became very painful and I was literally left in the dirt. By many. A great Friday workout nevertheless.

First roller ski for this ski season on the Waterfront trail a balmy November day. Used my F1 skis. Wanted an easy workout so mostly skated.

Stage 1 of some kind of race series, unknown to me how many stages yet, on Makuri Islands. 23k including 'prolouge'. Part of the C wave. Tough climb after 5k that had me work (too hard), had to drop first group and hadn't recovered, and didn't pay attention, when a small 2nd group came so it was me and one guy for some time before 3rd group came and stayed with them until the end. Finished in the middle of the pack.

Map updating and some course/leg testing at Lowville. Another beautiful day. A bit tired and more so today compared to last week's Sunday and the P2P I think despite having a shorter ride in the legs. Done with map updates I think. It is not perfect but a lot better than what I started out with. I don't have the skill, time nor proper equipment, but I can see myself doing more of these map updates in the future.
