Skiing yesterday and biking today. Close to 10C so definitely warm enough. Biked Wilson, Fiddlers, Book, Southcote, Stonehenge, Scenic. Just a nice, easy ride.

A bit of spring skiing in February. Surprised by the nice conditions; I had expected some rock skiing around orange after all the rain but everything was open. Double poled the red with Adria first before going solo. Skate skiing and knees not really compatible today.

Run of the week. Similar to what Isak and I did last week, across Chedoke and then over the bridge and looping back along Longwood. No complaints from the knees starting, which has been the case most of the times, but the pounding definitely break down the good feeling. Rail trail too icy and golf course too dark; I will bring head lamp next time and stick to the softer golf course.

A lot of issues tonight. First some tech problems so I missed the planned re-ride of a TdZ, but a Zwift race was just 15 minutes so I did that one instead. It was only 14k but it was quick so great workout for sure. Then I planned to add some easy mileage cruising on my own but got some mechanical problems and had to cut it short but that was not a big deal.

Another re-ride of a TdZ stage, 3 this time. Just settled in with a pack just above the middle and went along.

Monday Feb 6, 2023 #

Knees a bit sore from two days of skate skiing but easy-ish biking usually help. Though I would join a robo pacer but it was possible to re-do stage of 5 of the tour so I opted for a biking around Central Park. A bit of work up New York KOM but rest was pretty comfortable.
