Classic at Highlands. Plan was to classic for as long as possible until the temps were too warm and wax would be off and then switch to skate but Violet Special lasted all the way until the sun really came out last 20 mon or so. Nice to ski on groomed powder again.

Feeling a bit off today and a cold has circulated in the house so settled for a gentle group ride around Waitopia with D. Maria. Angel I assume.

Time to get the running gear on again. Like previous times, I don't need a walk-start but can start running immediately but can't say the overall feeling is great. Chedoke and finished off with Chedoke, Flatt, Hyde Park.

HERD Thirsty Thursday group ride. Finished off with Volcano KOM and new PB. A bit surprised by that, have felt special fatigue in my quads last couple of rides.

Signed last minute for I thought was a regular race in Glasgow but when I was all on my own when the start clock said go I realized this was a time trial. Second mistake was that I though it was 15k but after two kilometers I saw it was only 3.4k. Did two more laps easy before joining Coco for some more.
