Back at Chedoke. A lot slower today and a fair bit of wind but sun was out and Lia kept me company for the first third. Guessing this is the last ski in Hamilton this winter.

No need to drive anywhere with snow in Hammer even though some classic skiing at Hockley is tempting. Thought I'd go somewhere new though and went to Dundas golf course. Never been there actually; it was a bit too hilly and icy for enjoyable crust skiing. So it was back to the home golf course, Chedoke and conditions were rather good. Made a 2k loop with good crust for most part and just enjoyed the ski.

A quick little ski at the Rez before supper to get some fresh air. Cold temps have made snow more compact and crusty.

Snow Day. Second one we have had at Mentor since I started 20 years ago. Didn't get a whole lot of snow but what came down is very compact. Could pretty much ski everywhere although golf course was a bit of miss and hit. Really nice in sections but then total stop in a drift, overall good. Rail trail from Scenic to Hwy was the best part, I was first one out. One the way back I took the small trail down to golf course corner at top of Cardiac, crashed three times and broke ski in one of them but could make my way back.

Family Day with some low intensity (10k hike with fam) mixed with high intensity (driving with Lia, just turned 16) and then threw in a moderate intensity with a Zwfit race in Scotland.
