Caledon Trailway with Adria. We cycled Caledon E to Tottenham 2 years ago and now went west instead from Caledon E to Terracotta and back. Nice ride. Busy at times with runners and fellow riders.

Didn't start off great, drizzle and two flats the first 10 min. And another one just before crossing 6. Roads were drying up as we were moving along but everybody took it easy on the downhills. Climbed Bell Schoo Ln for the second time, harder than I remembered it. I was definitely one of the weakest riders of the 15ish but it felt pretty good all the way, speed easy until Brock and we split up in 2 groups. Had to add a loop in the neighbourhood to make 100k.

Friday and another Down Down. Hung on to lead group up Snake and rewarded myself by cruising down Waterdown Rd waiting for a second group. Almost made to King Rd though before Donnie and Nick came.

Final HS run and hopefully I don't have to pound asphalt for a while. Another nice morning. Knees happy when run was over, but manageable-ish.

Up rail trail and the Scenic back. Felt a bit off a drive for the first time since forever so did 6 x 60s fast(er) pace followed by 30s walk and 30s jog. Hopefully can I get some speed back to my legs. Knees slightly above manageable.
