Sunrise ride to Cambridge, eventually, for a coffee. 20 riders out, pace was good but nothing crazy, perhaps a bit spicy on Jerseyville Rd but I felt much better than last week. Great ride.

Friday ride with Wastrels, Millgrove loop but that one is a bit too long so I turned around by Hwy5 and headed back. Easy pace until bottom of Snake climb, couldn't quite hang on to lead group all the way up.

W's Thursday classic but I took Upper Paradise home to save a few minutes. Gentle pace up Wilson and when group split up in two a bit past Tiffany's, I joined the second one, didn't try to hang on, legs felt sluggish. Headwind through Ancaster but good rotation so we kept pace decent and overall a comfortable, nice ride.

TNT solo. Around Hillfield as usual. 5 repeats of 2x1 min, walked 45s and jogged 15s. Legs still tired from Sunday's ride so it was a bit of a struggle to keep a decent pace, but did what I could without totally exhausting myself.
