| Very easy paddle focusing on balance and technique. Paddled from Kenmore almost to Woodinville landing and back - 1 Hr out, 45 minutes back, then 15 minutes working on starts and getting some power in. Paddled my K1. felt best ever :) Still lots of improvement to be had, but was able to actaully work on some technique rather than having to worry about falling out of the boat all the time. The river and weather was just about perfect apart from the gusty wind that rippled the surface ina few places :) |

| Second ride in the past year. Pushed a bit harder to experiment with Anerobic Threshold and see if I can more precisely locate it. Appears to be right around 150, which is pretty much where its supposed to be, but this may well go up quite a bit as I get more time on my bike after a years rest. |
