Race class. Long warm up followed by 4 x 500m Sprints. Dont have times or speed yet, but it felt fast by the last one :) I paddled an Orion again. I need to adjust the foot strap and move the foot board one notch closer to get better foot control, and more leg drive. lets see how that goes on Saturday mng.
Started of with a 6 mile paddle to "warm up" which ended up being a struggle with balance the whole way? Then finished with some sprints which turned into a mega sprint session, and went really well. I chased and caught a couple of motor boats ( they were obeying the 8 mph speed limit :) ) and the balance when I was moving faster was much better. My starts still really suck :(
Conditioning class. Wind from the North, we paddled south, then had shelter most of the way back. Popped out round the corner to see what it was like in the full blast of the wind at the end, and had some fun surfing back.
