first session back after my ankle so about 7 weeks out..really shows how much slower ive gotten. right shoulder started getting really tight after about 1k and along with the freezing morning...just terrible :(

with a 5minute recovery after the 3k i went straight into 4x400m with a 200 float in between sets. just to see if ive still got a little bit of speed in me
