i dunno what time it was didnt even care it was sumthing liek that wouldnt be supprised if it was worse. was doin so awsome up till 6 was flying and thn was awsome on that massive leg to 7 but when got in the circle fucked up so bad relocated like 10 times i recon i lost like 20mins it was so bad i just wanted to go home. lost so much motivation after that and just followed some guy for the rest of the course cbf trying

was riding with alex chris and andrew and was pretty shit haha iam so unfit but ended doing about 30km in the end i think im not to sure but yer got stuffed after the 1st hr i dont like alex now

felt so shit to start with my face and my legs all bruised and sore and was soo sketchy running through the buldings. slipped over at number 6 and when got to the park was just dead. not bad though for a fucked face :D

race againts andrew at st lucia then did some sprints on the track and was boiling hot. tried aarons bobsleigh start thing and rolled my ankle and now it really hurts

was waiting around for all the guys but couldnt find them so me and andy decided to go for a nice long run in the rain at mt cootha warmed up and stuff and found like every hill possible (: was pretty coool lol but we saw a lady around the cemitary and we shit out pants :P

started out so badly! all those butterfly loops looked so scary on the map but was fun course. overan about 4 controls and ran to dofferent 1ns lol lucky i checked my numbers. from about 14 on it was really clean but meh not to happy with it

crazy run with the cyclones team. started out really great with kieran and olle then got a stitch near the end but was good for my 1st time running that course :P

tested out the sprint course at st lucia. to bad we have to change it because of constriction it was a awsome course (:. caught andrews and aaron at the 3rd control and the rest was pretty cruisy from there sucked it rained on us at the end though
