x-country training.... i went kinda slow for my freinds to catch up but then i took off with about 1km to go

orienteering race 6:50 [1]

had orienteering at skewl... me and my frind nikki won lol it was really easy :D

orienteering 7:00 [2]

this 1 i went with nikki again but it was abit harder because nikki was feeling sik so she walked alil bit while i ran off and did the course lol but we still won :D

orienteering race 52:23 [3] *** 5.5 km (9:31 / km)

i did a relay on red1 in the under 17-44 and iam only 14 hahaha it was kewl the fastest time on my leg was 48mins and mine was 52 :-) so i think i did alright... the navogation was easy but my shoes were too tight and my toes fell asleep wen i was running so it really hurt lol but i recon i couldv got like 40-45mins if i ran hard

orienteering race (long course) 28:16 [5] *** 3.5 km (8:05 / km)

i did a long course at some place in mt crosby. i did soo good and was crazy and i won by a margin of 15mins :D

orienteering (short course) 21:00 [3] *** 2.1 km (10:00 / km)

i still won this course by a 10min margin infront of second but i walked a lil bit because i was screwed from doing the long course but still did really well.

orienteering (control collecting) 30:00 [3]

me and my freind andrew went to gt some controls after the maps we did today and andrew came with because it was his 1st time orienteering and he wanted me to show him how too read a map and stuff and i let him lead to a few controls and he is gonna be in our schools relay team :P

lol we ha the schools cross country team training today and it was heeps 2 easy for me. we would run off 2 a checkpoint in the race then w8 for th others and the go wen the last person got back. and i was always out the front so i got the biggest brake each time :-)

hehehe me and nikki went running but then got abit bored so i gave her a piggy back ride and then we played touch footy for abit :P

i did the 15yr old x country at school today. i won by a really big margin but there was alot of people walkin in the lower grades and they got in my way so i pushed some fat dude in the fence bahahahaha but yeh so now iam the 15yr age champion

i did a orienteering race for the met west team at the bush behind redbank. i won the course with a lead of 5minuts infront of second place so i feel pretty proud. i did really well until i had 2 pee at the 3rd control lol but other then that i recon i did really well :)

lol i did the schools x country course but it wasnt the real race but it was for my freind because she isnt cumming on the day. i was going really slow and i got a pretty good time and on the day i think i can get under 11mins so i cant w8 :)

i was borred because it was the 1st day back of skewl yay (cough cough) so i wanted 2 go training for the cross country on friday :) i ran pretty hard out all da way except i kept on getting really chunky spit in my mouth lol
