ran from skewl home from handing in a assignment yes last 1 !!!!!!

orienteering 23:14 [3] 4.2 km (5:32 / km)

not much difficulty just hard running in langtanta for the 1st half but got good in the second half of the map really fast running

orienteering 15:56 [3] 2.7 km (5:54 / km)

got back from 1st course and went right after....pretty simple course to but not much langtana at all so fast running the whole way...was stuffed at the end

really shit run...my legs were really tight through the whole run and made a stupid mistake going to 6 and lost about 3minutes on that

felt like i needed to do better after that stupid 1st run so i did short
no mistakes and not many problems running but still felt tight in my legs but yeh and i needed to pee so went abit slow on last 2 controls

was a really good run and really fast....dunno wat happened to every1 else everyone made mistakes....andrew took off complete dif direction for first control then didnt see him the rest of the way he ended up dnf

schools sprint.....pretty simple pretty fast running....was hard cuz weas alot of thick stuff to avoid came 1st :D

schools distance event....was abit more difficult but not to bad....caught up to molly on the last loop after spectator and we sprinted at the finish... came 1st again made met west team :D
