massive ride with chris i recon did cose to 40-50km and in the end just be4 we went to anzac park for smashfest we road up channel nine which was crazy steep made me so so sore

was so stuffed when it came to smashfest.. started off shit felt soooo much worse in the end i couldnt even finish hard on the flat road haha oh well rest day tomorow :)

was a awsome run :) raced andrew around this course of limstone and queens park that i made i think its abit over 4km and has a fair bit of climb its really fun. 1st time we did it i felt like shit from my run yesterday starting off with a masive hill but got 18:31. second time round i felt even worse to start with but didnt want andrew to beat him. he started 2mins infront of me and i caught and passed him. last half felt awosme and got 18:30 so 1 second faster woo i felt so good after haha beside my legs hurting so much right now!

just wanted a nice run today not feeling like shit and to not stop. that was the goal and thats what i did. had an awosme run from lake manchester all the way to north ipswich and 60minutes of it was off road so was really good. there was soooo many hills and i was soo tired by the last hill

woke up at the delXC 6 HR i was pit crew for team ipswich cycles but still wanted to do a couple laps so woke up at 6 and did a warm up lap with alex then i kept going. it was very steep and the fastest lap i did was 22.34 aaron benson is a freak btw he averaged 20min laps over 6 hrs

i dont think my avg and max are right cuz i took my heart rate off halfway through the course because it was falling off. was pretty good course felt good running in the bush. only mistakes i did were overun number 1 lol by a fair bit to argh stupid mistakes not ready scale misjudging stuff but yer and number 9 i was in the right gully just didnt see the control but yer just trying to save abit of energy for this arvos training :)

started really late so got dark fast!. started off so good i was running 2minutes faster then i usually do go to the other side of the map in 9 minutes :) but after that it was dark as so running downhill carfully trying to find trails going up the switchbacks and stuff just everything slowed me down. was only like 10 seconds or somthing slower than last week but am feeling so much better. iam just so happy with how that first half was XD

started off really easy.i only wanted to average about 170 which i did and i felt great so i felt like goin abit faster. usually a 60min recovery run turned into a pretty cruisy but fast 40minute run :)

Gym (ARMS) 1:30:00 [3]

good arm workout. 1st 1 in a couple weeks. not as strong as used to be but was desent sesion. been finding ive had so much more energy latly :) i can feel so much stronger fitter and faster than i have in a long time :D


Today i got a call from JMC academy XD iam studying a bacholor of sound and audio engineering!! YAY!
