was so shit! started off ok but rolled my ankle early.. wasnt too bad but was really weak and awrward the rest of the way. i was doing good with nav up till the 14th control then i just gave up cuz how shit the map was..15,16,17 were so bad i lost sooo much time.

so many grass seeds too.. liked collecting controls though..drove aorund the bush blasting paramore!!

8x400m intervals.. wanted to do 10 but the kids at the track kicked me off for there stupid club shit. felt pretty good at the start but near the end i started to feel alot sorer from yesterday. legs felt tight and heavy like the didnt wanna lift off the ground but still pushed it. aprox 90 second recovery

started off pretty good, felt strong up every1 of those hills and there is some steep 1ns. the 1st 10km was good we did in 44minutes so the second half we were abit slower with running but it wasnt as hilly as the 1st 10km so it wasnt as bad. got blistest on my toes :(

felt alot better today. after running around with brenton while andrew got a new PB i was determined to beat him. beat it by just under a minute :) felt strong on the hills and going down felt awosme.

still abit sick but needed to have just a nice recovery day. felt i would wipe the dust off my roady and go for a lil ride :) my knee has been really sore all day im not sure what is wrong with it i hope its not cartlidge damage or something :(

when i woke up this morning i felt so terrible...had so much flem in my throat, my nose and head were so stuffy i just felt like shit so i though i may aswell just cruis along and take it easy. then being an idiot with lilian at the start i sprinted off and messed the 1st control by about 5 minutes. was way too high. i have no idea how but from then on i didnt make hardly any mistakes. i was just jogging/walking alot.. i saw richard helped him out abit he looked stuck and stuff and yer just worked my way slowly through the course and ended up coming 2nd somehow :S pretty happy with my nav. i liked taking in slower and getting it right :)

started off pretty good. 1st control i got spot on but route choice was terrible. the next couple were really well but then 6,7,8,9 i messed up in the circle. i was happy with my route choices getting there but just the fine nav was trerrible i didnt have any motivation and just trotted after them. that was about halfway through. had to go toilet really bad at number 3 :S held it in all the way though felt so awkward and slowed me down so much. :(

bush walking around harsings paddock. checking up on control spots for the events we running. making sure the map was right and stuff. was really good to wlak around and have alook at everything in detail i really liked it :)

hot new sexc map our club is planning on making, just letting all u qld peoplees know its awsome :).

went for a awosme terrain run with andrew we was just cruising round the place..it has like rocky ground..thick bits.. really fast open and relaly steep bits too..covers all types of terrain and i felt ok...right now though starting to feel a lil sick my throat is really sore and my nose is starting to be stuffy. hope it doesnt get worse for dubbo.

SUCH BULLSHIT! controls were in wrong spot threw me off from the first control...so terrible.

was alot better. controls were all in right spot..messed up the 3rd 1 abit. the last couple i was abit slower form other courses

orienteering (SHORT) 4:58 [3] 1.1 km (4:31 / km)

flew through this 1 :)

started off planning the day with some bush intervals but that changed when i got called into work so didnt have much time to ride out do intervals then ride back since i live 30min ride from any bush!. started out only doing 8x200 sets but wanted to beat 30 seconds so kept goin till i got it! took me 10 sets haha.

started off pretty badly but got into it. legs felt really good after about the 3rd control. 1nc i caught mark and david tay i kinda just took off and flew through the rest.. didnt make any mistakes from then on and felt so string running through the bush.

Lil Sprint course i did around UQ.. not much teqnical stuff in the ipswich 1 so i tried to put as much controls in as i could haha had a map change halway through there was so many controls. was really fast and flowy.
