watched every1 run in the second day of the qld championships. spent all day walking round with a stik and pink thongs.

started out really well but then i over ran 3 just abit, then wen i started the long leg to 5 i rolled my ankle...desided it wasnt so bad so i tryed to run it off and then on the way to 7 i did it again and then i just sat down for about 5minutes and then walked the rest of the course.

shit run lol, really good up until 4....number 4 was totally in the wrong spot and me and ian anderson was looking for it for about 15mins and then we found it so we put it back in the right spot. from then on it was really slow because the rain started getting heavier and i didnt takle a map bag so my map desintergrated right nere the finish.

supa clean run lol probly cuz it was green but yeh...wanted 2 hav some fun after my awful run on red so me and andy went out...there was these really sharp sticks on the 3rd control and i managed to slice my hand on it too

went for a ride because i couldnt get enought energy to run so after about 30mins i had truoble breathing so then i just took easy for a while..


i finally sent in my forms for the queensland championships lol...im soo lucky they accepting mine in or i wouildnt be compeeting :(

really good run, only a couple of mistakes on 2 contols but the was only like 3min all up and abit slow on another 1 but other than that really good, iam super happy with that run
