bike riding 4:00:00 [5]

very big ride with kurt josh chris and alex..every1 else bitched out halfway haha. went from lake manchester to mt galorious. that ride to galorious had about 45minutes of non sotp climb and holy shit it was steep. then we went to the cafe and we planned on going on to wivenhoe dam but we bitched out haha so rode back...that downhill was so much fun :)

was a pretty cruisy race at bunya. was courses for the army or somthing so they were pretty simple u could run track most times so was pretty fast. tried to run bush as much as i could. i am feeling alot stringer as iam running through the bush :) i just need a hair cut lol my hair pokes me in the eyes

had an awsome race..started off well and 1nc i caught andrew i just felt awsome..i was just cruising behind him and then he randomly stopped cuz he hates me behind him haha. came in a little early on 13 but the rest was an awosme run. probably 1 of the best ive had in a loooong time :)

solid long run with andrew. i would randomly try harder in some points just to push each other abit more. i think we covered about every hill in ipswich haha was a nice run.

good to get my legs working i felt so slow though like i couldnt go any faster even though it was recovery.

had a good session i did 6x300m sprints i wanted to do more but a plover came on the feild and swooped me got my heart rate at like 190 then haha. had 1 minutes recovery for each interval last 1ns wanted to get below a minute but was so dead.

warm down home. halfs hurt abit. maybe from running properly now? i dont no the last couple days i been running on the balls of my feet instead of my heels i hurd thats the way u supposed to run. is that right?

best race ive ever done! haha yesterday i felt sooo shit and i did waking up 2...when we got to the race 15minutes be4 the race started i did a couple stretches and felt awosme my lap times were 33,33,34,44,43 the last 2 was 1 i had a massive pit stop had some food and shit and then last 1 my gear cable snapped on the 4th lap so had no gears haha so i had to change it! pretty decent effort was 5mins behind alex!!

was pretty happy with my run. stopped abit to help some school kids that were doing an assignment for orienteering but not much time lost. was a sprint in the bush pretty much..alot of tracks but i recon faster to run straight through bush. so good day to practise my compass work wich showed on the weekend that sucks! the start i pushed it too hard i think cuz in the end i felt so tired and drained. bout halfway started to slow down soo much!

orienteering (LONG) 1:00:00 [3]

started off good and clean then i got to 7 and from then on to 9 i hated it i messed up so much fell over more then i ever have in my life hurt my butt and just lost motivation in the whole thing. so i pulled out. walk back was so scary though i though ivan milat was gunna jump out and shoot me or sumthin. shep came flying past me and all i could hear was him breathing over his load footsteps! that made me run a lil scared the crap outa me! then i found the rock that is in memory of all the people lost and for some stupid reason i read it while i was about a km form the finish lol i just wanted to get back as fast as i could!

so shit. this run was the start to a shitty weekend. i felt really good be4 hand warmed up really well and felt like i was going to have a good race. 1st couple were really cruisy, pretty stupid route choice to 5 but meh. after 6 though everything njust went dowhill. got stuck in corners. different levels were the control was and didnt realy my describtions almost mp at 13 i think it was. didnt give it much after i stuffed up so much lost motiovation.

orienteering (MIDDLE) 54:08 [3] 4.8 km (11:17 / km) +180m 9:30 / km

started off really good. well not the best but i didnt have any major problems just was hard to run in the terrain. thats 1 thing i gotta work on alot is running in the terrain. when i got to 6 when there was that massive hill my brains just like fuck this ! i had an ok run through 6-8 stuffed up 9 then 10 and 11 got perfect but then fucked up 12 so badly...lost a good 5minutes.. 13-15 was awosme just slow. then every control then on was fucked! lost so much time in the last half of the course but what can you do.

1st run in my new inov8 :) love them but about 30minutes in my calfs started really hurting so slowed down abit. was 8minutes faster then last time i did the loop still so pretty happy :)

man i felt like shit! i have no idea how i got 25mins for that i was so stuffed. i went ok at the start and but stoped and walked abit about 10minutes in because i felt light headed. rest of the race wasnt bad just didnt wanna over do myself. heart rate was really high i could tell even without my monitor :(
