this was a scatter we did but i got there and was too rushed to care about stretching or anything. my back hurt the whole way through the course. i havnt done much training at all so kinda expected sumthing shit,

went out abit hard. the 1st 10 km was good but started to really feel it on the hill to the 10km mark..the last half was really crap haha slowwed down so much more but because it was like alot downhill it kinda evened out. pretty happy in the run beat PB by about 6minutes

smashed out the 1st 6 controls then out of randomness i just started to get really dizzy and stuff..maybe lack of food? water?? who knows...but yer just looked at the rest of the course and called it quits..

just crusiing round with brenton but i pushed it up the hills then waited for brenton cuz he didnt know the course.. felt shit at start but legs got lose

very nice cruisy pace with andrew and brenton. had to stop alot with brenton but he did alot better then i thought. pushed it up all the big hills and tried to have nice constant pace for the flats. felt really good :)
