felt good through whole course. number 3 was in the wrong spot so lost abit of time but the rest of the course was fun i really liked the map!

had a good sprint sesison..this 1 felt really good and fast but got abit tired near he end.

orienteering 15:27 [3] 3.4 km (4:33 / km)

this was the 2nd run of the same course. had a 5min break be4 this 1 but was alot slower up the hills.

was planning on doing awosm training but felt so shit from this cold

then the rest was just jogging back home

the hards were hardly hard they were just crap

tonight i did 3x6minutes efforts on a loop which was alot flatter and faster and then drove over to queens park and did 3x6minutes on a more hillier loop. andrew missed the last loop because he had a sore ass and he just timed me so i had to find my own way to push myself. my neck was clicking abit so that was abit wierd but yes :) GOOD SESSION (Y)

did 5x5minute intervals. was feeling really good on the 1st couple but the last 2 were slower. had 2 minute recovery in between each set. this cold is still killing me but i felt pretty decent while running. just my breathing was so bad.

just cruised around the RED4 with jacqui and brenton. was brentons 1st time orienteering, he did awosme we let him run off for the last 4 controls and he did them all with no probs he is a natural!

felt soo fricken awosme! started out really really fast and felt like i was doing amazing! was so far ahead of everyone. i thought i was gunna die out but i didnt. had a great run and couldnt believe my time.. very happy :D

did sprint course that simon set like 2 yrs ago at griffith uni. was really good considering it was dark as and i had a black and white map. had alot of fun doing it.
