nice long run...started out feeling really good just cruising at 4minutes ks up until 8k then my stomach started feeling so shit like it was full of gas. so i stopped and waited for my mate and got a few burps out to get my stomach feeling better, then i just bumed around with mark for the last 10k make sure he finished his first half marathon :)

just felt like a cruisy long run for me i dont feel so bothered so gunna head out with chris tomorow for some channel 9 runs!

ive done other trainings in the week but forgot them.

today was really wet and rainy and was so shit. started off flying through the park it was simple nav and hard running but then got technical. stuffed up a few little mistakes but not too much but then i MP! went to 17 instead of 13 which was easy mistake...because of that too i stuffed the next one up but wateva. happy with my running latly its been fantastic!

still looking for a way to get around at easter if anyone can help...

i have no idea what we did i just followed chris but i think we took some long way to samford and then up glorious which was a bitch! i didnt stop at least so did better then i thought. was very tough ride. then down nebo and all the way back home to chrises

very very steep ride. think average was about 28

was so bad...i was so hungry from my ride nd my legs were very sore from the ride so i just took it easy. started out in the park and had to stop for a piss..but after that i sped it up little bit making no mistakes nd taking it very smooth. i was thinking about exit direction and bearings...tried to sta off the tracks as much as i could aswell,...the 9th control but i came in way too early and just lost a good 5minutes...shoulda relised it sooner but oh well shit happens...then yer just took it easy the rest i wanted food so badly

dunno what time my computer stopped working but was 80k...road from mine to cootha did cootha then over city did the riverloop with alex and nijal then over to orienteering...alot better up cootha this week...got 9.41 so very very happy :)

only had time for 3x2ks with a go on every 9mins so i mean was pretty ok but wasnt too happy with the time of my last 1..lower back was havn abit of pains but stretched them out after the seocnd rep.

felt fantastic on alot of the legs...just made big erros...calculated should have got under 14minutes if i didnt lose time..was just in the circle kind of stuff..stupid mistakes...not really reading my descriptions properly

wanted to do 10x400s but the dickheads at the track kicked us off because we wernt members or some bullshit. so i wasnt really in the mood for intervals..did this loop we do which was about 800m and had abit of climb but only did 5
