running race (Cross Country Race) 41:35 [5] 10.0 km (4:10 / km)

Terrible day. had really sore shoulders and neck this morning from bad sleep so was not feeling the best. not bad but for a cross country race. winning times was 35minutes. first lap i did in 19minutes just on the second lap round i could really feel those hills.

just cruised around the to the course then around it for tomorow then back home...was just nice and easy like 6min / 7min ks or so...dont really know how tomorow will end up but considering i havnt raced in a long time...

first session back after my ankle so about 7 weeks out..really shows how much slower ive gotten. right shoulder started getting really tight after about 1k and along with the freezing morning...just terrible :(

running intervals (400s) 15:00 [5]

with a 5minute recovery after the 3k i went straight into 4x400m with a 200 float in between sets. just to see if ive still got a little bit of speed in me
