watched every1 run in the second day of the qld championships. spent all day walking round with a stik and pink thongs.

started out really well but then i over ran 3 just abit, then wen i started the long leg to 5 i rolled my ankle...desided it wasnt so bad so i tryed to run it off and then on the way to 7 i did it again and then i just sat down for about 5minutes and then walked the rest of the course.

nice run through the rain...it started out sprinkling then got a little bit heavier and it was soo nice with the wind and the rain going into ure face :)
