1st 1 went alright but second 1 i really had no energy i think it was the sun from earlier...sore ankle didnt help. last 1 i ran with the girls (: couldnt find the streamers a couple times

race againts andrew at st lucia then did some sprints on the track and was boiling hot. tried aarons bobsleigh start thing and rolled my ankle and now it really hurts
